This system facilitates the selection and management of earthmoving plant using Expert System technique by the computer which is regarded an important branch of the Artificial Intelligence.
The designed system which named MooVer Expert System is built according to requirement of modern computer’s systems. In other word the system is work in VBA platform of Excel.
VBA means Visual Basic for Application, a special version of visual basic that supported by an application. This new platform version of Visual Basic is supported with other famous applications like; Access, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD 2000 and CorelDraw 9.
